Booking Information

Arrival

Check-in is possible from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. If you arrive later, please contact us - we will certainly find a solution. On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the apartment by 10.00 a.m. at the latest.

We would be very grateful if you would use the online check-in option before your arrival. In this way we can ensure you a quick and uncomplicated arrival and you can start your holiday immediately after your arrival.

Parking spaces are available for you directly in front of our house. Reservation is not necessary.


Apartments & Rates

The rates are guilty per apartment and per night. The price includes bed linen, towels, kitchen towels and basic cleaning products such as dishwasher tabs and washing-up liquid. During your stay, the surfaces of the apartment will be cleaned every 2-3 days (floors / bathrooms / sanitary facilities). Final cleaning is included in the price.

Upon your arrival you will receive the Hochkönig guest card, with which you can use a wide range of offers in the region free of charge or at a reduced price.

W-Lan is available free of charge throughout the house. There is also a sauna area that is available to all residents of our apartments.

Smoking is prohibited indoors throughout the house. Each apartment has at least one balcony, where the smokers among our guests will definitely find a cozy place.


Cancellation

The following cancellation guidelines apply to all of our apartments: cancellations can be made free of charge up to 3 months before your arrival. From 3 months to 1 month before arrival we estimate 50% of the arrangement. If you cancel less than one month (30 days) before arrival, the entire amount of the booking is due.

We recommend to make a travel insurance to cover you against all eventualities - the insurance also covers a cancellation due Covid illness. You can process the insurance directly with your booking in our house. There is no additional effort for you. If you are interested in travel insurance, please let us know before completing your booking, so we can process the travel insurance for you in a timely manner.


Payment Information

Deposit information can be found in the reservation confirmation, which you will receive by e-mail after your reservation. Please transfer the deposit by bank transfer to the following account:

You are welcome to pay the final payment before your arrival with bank transfer. If you prefer, you can also pay the final payment during your stay. We accept EC cards, Visa, Mastercard, cash payments and bank transfers.
